  • At NCS, we strive to be an authentic Christian community. Through the Christian Leadership Program we aim to encourage and equip Christian students to be ‘Salt and Light’ within our school and our world.

    The Christian Leadership Program (CLP) will be open for applicants in the current Years 5-9 classes who are seeking opportunities to learn and grow in servant leadership.

    Before submitting an application form please make sure you have consulted with your parents/carers regarding this opportunity.

  • Matthew 20:25-26 ‘But Jesus called them together and said, ‘You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them.  But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant.’

    In the Christian Leadership Program we will encourage and equip you to lead by serving. 

    Christian Leadership Program Student Expectations

    We expect you to:

    • be pursuing growth in your relationship with Christ
    • remain committed to the program for the duration of the year.
    • strive to uphold the school values of 'care', 'community' and 'character'. 


    You need to be aware that you will be held to a higher standard and must remain open to correction/accountability from teachers regarding your actions and words as part of helping you understand the importance of the standard.

    We understand that this is a learning process. None of us are without fault. We want you to know that we are committed to helping you grow in your faith and as a leader, who serves their family, church, school, and community.
